Learning Packages

The IMPACTT approach is a people-centered, data-driven approach to improve the performance and strengthening of the supply chain. IMPACTT stands for Information Mobilized for Performance Analysis and Continuous Transformation Teams towards supply chain excellence. The approach aims to: Strengthen data use and management processes and practices; enhance individual and team performance; and Improve supply chain outputs and outcomes. The IMPACTT Approach requires different competencies based on the roles of the different team members. These are a deep understanding of supply chain processes, an understanding of the indicators and an ability to interpret data for non-data people, good problem solving skills and very good planning and organizational skills.
